• Create the budget 

• Venue visits 

• Finding the right vendors for your day 

• Create a room layout design & seating plan 

• Creating a timeline 

• Get those invites out! 

• Organizing & setting room for event 

• Overseeing the day of the event! 

Month of/ Day of Wedding - Has life become too crazy to stay on top of the last minute planning and     coordinating with vendors? Let me take that stress off of you!

What I do in a nutshell: 

• Confirm with Vendors & times of arrival 

• Create a wedding day agenda 

• Decor, arrangements & stationary set up (Ceremony & Reception) 

• Attend & Manage Wedding Rehearsal 

• Supervise & Assist Vendors 

• Handle Necessary Gratuities & Payments 

• Make sure the wedding party eats & stays hydrated!!

My main job is to ensure the day runs smoothly! It's a very exciting day, no one should be stressed. Let me handle the details!
